Да форум прошел превосходно так же мне понравилось продолжение в Исмаиллах...ВСе прекрасно!!!!Молодцы!Хотелось бы что бы подобного рода мироприятия проходили почаще и не только в Баку!

Объявлены новые правила для входа в группу ASI - Azeri Student International.
После 12 августа активность в группе ASI увеличивается с каждым днем, обсуждаются все более актуальные вопросы и предпринимаются конкретные шаги. В группе уже есть более 300 азербайджанской молодежи из различных стран мира. Вступление в группу дает вам шанс индивидуально интегрироваться в сообщества азербайджанской молодежи зарубежом, а также наладить отношения активной молодежи Азербайджана.

Правила на анлийском, так как не только для студентов из России составлен. Если кто то захочет перевести сделает доброе дело.

Please read this message and save it for future reference. By joining AzeriSI (the Group), every subscriber acknowledges and fully agrees to follow the rules and procedures outlined below. The Group owner and moderators reserve the right to change the rules and procedures only after notifying the Group members.

INTRODUCTION

AzeriSI is a closed moderated group dedicated to the discussions on Azerbaijan. This message provides general information on the purpose, scope and guidelines of the Group, which will be helpful to the new and current subscribers. Please, read it carefully and do not hesitate to contact the Group administrators should you have any questions.

You are STRONGLY encouraged to introduce yourself to the Group after being subscribed, browse through our website http://www.azerifut ure.org and the archive at http://groups. yahoo.com/ group/azerisi/ messages to familiarize yourself with the most recent happenings.

THE GROUP AND ITS GUIDELINES

Sec I.

AzeriSI is a private and moderated group, and those interested may join it. The opinions expressed in AzeriSI by its owners and members/subscribers do not reflect the official point of view of any juridical body and/or Azeri Students International. The opinions expressed here are of their respective authors/writers.

Subscription to the Group is a privilege, not a right.

Sec II.
=======
The Group is a medium intended ONLY for discussing Azerbaijan(i) -related issues such as education, science and research; culture and arts (literature, culinary, music, poetry, paintings); history, religion; economics and business; politics, humanitarian aid and refugees; travel, tourism and geography; sports and entertainment; and anything else relevant to its members. It is not for sending digests of posts, chain letters, personal or Web site advertisements, i.e. posts not related or contributing to Azerbaijan and/or the Group.

Sec III.
========
The official languages of AzeriSI are AZERBAIJANI and ENGLISH. Limited Turkish and Russian can be used as well. Famous quotes and expressions in other languages (French, Persian, Arabic, etc.) are also allowed, but should be kept to the minimum and translated in order to make the postings understandable to other members.

Sec IV.
=======
The AzeriSI group members represent different ethnic, religious, cultural and political backgrounds. Despite this most subscribers tend to have one thing in common: they are sincerely and positively interested in Azerbaijan and its future. The purpose of AzeriSI is to provide a medium for all to discuss these interests, and be beneficial to Azeri students and alumni and Azerbaijan at large.

Despite the moderation of the group, the below rules must be *strictly* followed to ensure high quality discussions:

1) No posts unrelated to the purposes of AzeriSI as outlined above;

2) No excessively polemical postings; obscene plagiarism and academic dishonesty, including the deliberate misattribution of quotations from historical documents and figures;

3) No posts containing profanity or excessive rudeness; posts that lack appropriate civility. While well-placed heckles are acceptable, flame wars are not. No posts containing personal abuse, slander or libel;

4) No propagation of national, religious, racial, sexual, and/or ethnic hostility or animosity -- including posts openly justifying violence, war crimes, and/or ethnic cleansing;

5) No binary files are permitted, even if they are related to Azerbaijan. However, pointers to a Web site, mailing list or archives may be used.

6) The number of posts shall not exceed 5 (five) messages from a member per calendar day as seen on AzeriSI Yahoo Groups' message board at http://groups. yahoo.com/ group/azerisi/ messages .

Upon removal from the Group only one appeal in a single e-mail message will be accepted. No appeals on behalf of others, nor collective appeals will be taken into consideration. Owners of the Group must reply within two (2) weeks after the appeal is made, upholding or reversing the removal decision. A removal decision is made and administered by the Group moderators, mainly by taking into consideration complaints from other Group members.

THINGS TO KNOW

a) Only Group members can post to this Group; anonymous mail, or the use of a different account by a person who is or not subscribed to the Group will result in an error.

To unsubscribe, e-mail (i.e. send a blank message) directly to: unsubscribe- azerisi@yahoogro ups.com with appropriate command(s) described above. No complaints other than ones connected with technical problems of the Group and/or abuse of the Group by members will be taken into consideration.

IT'S UP TO YOU TO LEARN/REMEMBER THE BASIC COMMANDS OF THE GROUP

c) The panel of moderators can be extended only with consent of the current owner, and is not subject to discussion. Moderation of the Group might be applied anytime if deemed necessary.

d) Do not give out the e-mail addresses of the members, and usage of mail "Cc:" to send a message intended for the Group to a non-member of AzeriSI is strongly discouraged. However it's fine if the receiver knows about AzeriSI, i.e. used to be a member.

e) Moderator(s) of the Group have the last word in potential disputes/problems.

To post to the AzeriSI Group, send e-mail to azerisi@yahoogroups .com , which then will distribute it to all the members. Your message may not be posted immediately, depending on your user settings and/or the Internet "traffic."
